Franco’s Electric Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all service appointments and services provided by Franco’s Electric.

Service Requests

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when requesting service, including the nature of the issue, service location, contact information, and any other details necessary for completing the service.

Appointment Confirmation

Franco’s Electric will confirm appointments through email, phone, text message, or other designated communication channels. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that appointment details are accurate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers must notify Franco’s Electric at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $45.

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the equipment, property, or area requiring service. Delays caused by lack of access may affect appointment completion times.

Service Charges and Payment

Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges and fees for work performed by Franco’s Electric.

Rates may include:

  • $185 for the first hour of service
  • $120–$145 for each additional hour per electrician
  • Additional charges for materials, equipment, or additional services required

Some jobs may require multiple electricians depending on the scope and requirements of the work.

Payment is due according to the agreed service terms. Additional charges may apply for approved additional work.

Payment Options

Franco’s Electric accepts payment through available methods, including:

  • Credit card (a 3% processing fee may apply)
  • Check payments
  • Zelle
  • Online payment links provided by Franco’s Electric

Warranty and Service Guarantee

Franco’s Electric may provide warranties or guarantees for specific services performed. Customers should contact Franco’s Electric regarding any concerns related to completed work.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining safe access to service areas, and following instructions provided by Franco’s Electric technicians.

Liability

Franco’s Electric is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers, unsafe conditions, lack of access, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Confidentiality

Any information provided during service interactions will be handled responsibly and kept confidential.

Right to Refuse Service

Franco’s Electric reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Franco’s Electric, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your requested services.

SMS messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Service updates
  • Payment reminders
  • Follow-up messages after completed services

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your service requests, appointments, and interactions with Franco’s Electric.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Franco’s Electric is not responsible for any charges from your mobile provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Franco’s Electric. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
